Peter Rosson (R) and Sally Bain (B) are r&b creative individual. They began (under the name Creative Management) in 1997 - at their home at Bondi Beach, Australia - as a response to the demand for creativity coaching.
Our clientele have diverse talents. They come to their practice via a unique experience of life, coupled with a genuine desire to cultivate their vision and make a contribution. Perhaps due to our perspective, which doesn't see creativity as requiring a particular background - just a willingness and the "staying power" to develop the necessary talent. As Peter loved to say, (over and over again) "Practice anything for ten years and you'll get good at it." Twelve years later it's still the central mandala of our philosophy.
By the early 1990's, Peter and Sally were so dissapointed, and as a result concerned, at the mid career fate of an artist of Peter's talent and career milestones that they set about establishing an r&b for visual art.
Sally - a natural born libertarian - accepted her end of the challenge by developing a viable product/service, or what she calls a Ready to Use for ART. With the aim of increasing social legitimacy, with or without cultural recognition, by making a significant contribution to the market place. The applied product or service application gives the independent artist, and their art, a useful by-product as well as generating greater interest in the prime artifact.
